… or, SAUCY-lito, as we are now calling it.
Anyway, for a few weeks now, Marissa, Jane and I had been planning to check out Sausalito. I have never been and I kept hearing that it was a great place to relax, eat good food and take in the pretty views. So we met at the ferry and escaped our little city that was bustling with Fleet Week excitement (and, rightfully so, lots o’ visitors).
There were a lot of really great signs in Sausalito, so I thought I’d share some of the ones I came across. Here we go!
This was a little consignment shop that we stumbled upon on our (really long) walk to Le Garage. It was really hot inside and although they carried a lot of really great brands, I didn’t really find anything that was right for me.
No Name Girl was one of the cutest boutiques that we came across. Alot of handmade things. Good times.
I’m not really in the market to have anything built, but I was able to appreciate the great logo. Also, don’t worry. You do not have hemianopsia. Well, I hope you don’t.
We drank quite a bit in Sausalito, but didn’t go into any bars! Ladies and gentlemen, meet the Bar with No Name. It looked fun. Maybe next time.
Le Garage! Oh boy, what a trek it was getting to this place, but worth it. We were able to not only walk off some of the calories we consumed at the first restaurant, but also take in some of the sights and lend some French guy some money for the parking meter. We’re so friendly in California!
Last but not least, here’s a photo of my lovely travel companions. It was a really great day not only exploring Sausalito but spending quality time with mah ladies.
